“This self-published book is a part of ongoing “Elements” project that will realize and give wider interpretation of my long-standing interest in a human body. As “civilized beings” we isolate ourselves into illusion of a safe and progressive technological world, we become uprooted, thus denying our kinship with primal energy of nature.

“Waters break rocks” series is my imaginative journey into space where human form intertwines with what I see as untamed forces of living energy. This series of work peruses not only to explore the visual surface of the body but to metaphorically investigate what stands beyond its ever enthralling physicality – its inner dormant volcanoes, its subterranean waters, its energy of growth, its resilience to outer forces and also a drive to inevitable death. Our bodies will decay as autumn leaves rot.
