Seven Verses of Emptiness uses elements of both classical and modern printing styles to catalogue seven photographic portraits by Mirjana Vrbaski. The unbound pages grant each photograph its own independence, while resonating the intangibility of the human face. Seven Verses of Emptiness is a part of Vrbaski’s graduation project at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, Netherlands.
