Lost and found by Heidi Kirkpatrick.
Lost and Found is an exhibition catalog edited by Hamidah Glasgow and published by The Center for Fine Art Photography. Heidi Kirkpatrick’s solo exhibition is a bit like walking into the artist’s living room. It is an intimate three-dimensional installation that encompasses family, history, love and loss.
Heidi is a fine art photographer and educator based in Portland, Oregon, Heidi uses found objects to create intimate and personal photo-based objects. Her work is mysterious, personal, and nostalgic. She explores themes of family, childhood, addiction, and pain. There is a sense of play present, but serious play that makes the viewer consider his or her own memories and insights.
